2. Canvas Print + Floating Frame:For customers who want to add a unique touch or a modern/elegant look to their canvases
Our floating frame canvas prints are no different than our regular canvas prints except that they have a cosmetic frame that's added to the edge of the canvas. Due to the small space in between the frame and the canvas, this print type gives off the illusion that the canvas is "floating" in the frame, hence the name "floating frame".
The floating frame is only cosmetic and adds no other function. Comes ready-to-hang.
Shipping takes anywhere from 2 - 7 business days with our standard shipping option. However, we have a processing time of 1 - 4 business days before the artwork ships (which may be extended if we're near a major holiday).
What are the dimensions of the artwork/canvas/poster?
We always use a "width x height" format. So if you see a product that is 16" x 12", it means that it is 16 inches wide and 12 inches tall!
What if the canvas doesn't match my decor or I don't like how it looks in person?
No worries! We understand that it's hard to gauge exactly how artwork looks like just from pictures you see online. That's why we offer an incredible return/refund policy. If the artwork isn't to your liking, we'll have a pre-paid return label generated for you and issue you a refund (or send you a new design) at no cost to you.
How do I hang my new wall art?
If you ordered a canvas, it comes with hanging hardware either on the back or as a separate piece in the shipment which you can attach. If you ordered a poster print, you will need to find a frame that the poster print can fit in.
Where is my order?
If you haven't received a tracking number from us, then we are most likely waiting for our shipping partner to send the tracking number to us (our partner sends us tracking numbers in batches), but your order is on the way! If you already received your tracking number but the package hasn't moved in over a week, then please message our support team and they'll figure out a solution for you!
Do you do custom sizes?
Unfortunately, the sizes you see on the product page are the only ones we offer at the moment. We will, however, most likely start selling sizes that are frequently requested by our customers!
How do I select a floating frame?
You can select the floating frame in the "Print Type" dropdown menu which is above the sizes. The floating frame option is labeled "Canvas + Floating Frame".
What do I do if my canvas gets dirty?
Don't worry! Our return/replacement policy covers everything. So if your canvas ends up getting dirty, simply contact our support team and we'll walk you through the steps of getting a new one (at no cost to you).
Where do your orders ship from?
Our canvases ship from Texas! Our poster prints, however, ship from California.
Can I change/edit my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we can make changes/edits for you. However, if you wait any longer than that then it may be too late and we will need to send you a return label.
